Backstory
We set out on a transformative path, culminating in the creation of a Human Centered Engagement (HCE) framework. The journey began with critically examining the workplace in anticipation of post-pandemic challenges.
We started by reevaluating hiring, training, and retaining practices as well as solutions to create a more equitable workplace and the destigmatization of mental health.
Through time, we came to a profound realization that building trust and creating alignment were the key elements that tied everything together. And now, trust and alignment are more critical than ever in today's rapidly evolving landscape, marked by distributed teams and the rise of AI.
